saddle stitched book research

This page show some more of the research I did into photographic outputs. one of the outputs I looked at was a saddle stitched book which is made by folding paper down the middle and then binding it together down the middle to form a spine.  

One of the things I did like about this way of showing photos is that you can have the picture going right to the edge without a margin and you can have a very unobtrusive gutter in the middle of the page. 

Overall I think, at least to start with, that a saddle stitched book would be the best option. it is a very cheap and simple way to make a book and allows the whole of the photograph to be displayed on the page with the minimum gutter interference.
